The Associate Gallery Leader is a leadership role responsible for delivering a luxury in-gallery experience, leading cross-functional teams, and executing gallery strategy. This role focuses on coaching and developing associates, driving results, and ensuring operational excellence in a high-end furniture and design showroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop gallery teams through coaching and mentorship
- Represent the brand with polished communication and professionalism
- Drive team engagement, empowerment and accountability to achieve results
- Recruit and attract talent at all levels for the gallery
- Educate teams on product assortment and design point of view
- Manage complex priorities and partner with People Team on HR concerns
- Embrace change and deliver top results with a positive attitude
- Ensure gallery operations and presentation meet quality standards
- Support merchandising and customer experience initiatives
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture design showrooms or luxury retail
- Superior organization and leadership skills
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to motivate influence and inspire others
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
- Strategic and mental agility with results-driven mindset
- Proficiency with Mac OS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver gallery floor
- Willingness to stand bend and perform physical gallery tasks
