Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader will provide leadership across all facets of the gallery, delivering a luxury experience for customers and supporting Associates to achieve strategic and operational goals. This role requires a passion for luxury design, polished communication, and the ability to coach and develop a cross-functional team to execute the RH vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop gallery teams through coaching, feedback and performance management
• Represent the brand with professional appearance and polished communication
• Drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability
• Educate teams on product assortment and RH design point of view
• Attract and hire talent across gallery roles
• Partner with People Team to address human resources concerns
• Embrace change and execute gallery strategy and operational priorities
• Ensure a high level of customer service and luxury experience on the gallery floor

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms or luxury retail
• Superior organization and leadership skills
• Exceptional analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to motivate influence and inspire teams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strategic and mental agility with results-driven mindset
• Proficiency with Mac OS Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces
