Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader will provide leadership across all facets of the gallery to deliver a luxury experience, support and empower teams, and drive strategic execution. This role requires passion for luxury design, polished professionalism, and the ability to remove obstacles so teams can achieve results. The leader will coach cross-functional teams, recruit talent, and partner with People for HR matters.

• Represent the brand through polished communication and professional appearance
• Coach, lead and develop teams to foster a positive and dynamic environment
• Drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability
• Educate teams on product assortment and the RH point of view
• Attract and hire talent at all levels for gallery needs
• Recognize and respond to complex priorities and human resources concerns
• Embrace change and deliver top results despite obstacles

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms or luxury retail
• Superior organization and leadership skills
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to motivate, influence and inspire others
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver on gallery floor
