Summary

The Interim Beauty Counter Manager leads the Tom Ford counter at Stonebriar Centre to deliver personalized beauty services while maximizing brand sales. This role balances hands-on makeup and skincare consultations with vendor collaboration and performance-based selling both in-store and digitally. The manager is responsible for counter presentation, customer loyalty activities, and driving sales results.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to meet customers' beauty goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Oversee sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Keep the counter organized, clean, and customer-ready and collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment.
