Assistant Boutique Manager

Summary

The Assistant Boutique Manager will support the Boutique Manager in leading boutique operations, driving sales and team development in a fast paced luxury retail environment. This role involves assisting with business planning, supporting the sales floor, and maintaining boutique standards to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist boutique manager with business planning, sales monitoring and KPI action plans
• Support daily boutique operations including stock rotation and visual merchandising
• Manage back of house organization, paperwork, reporting and compliance
• Participate in vendor management and BTQ hospitality replenishment
• Collaborate on client development strategy and CRM action plans
• Coach and mentor team members to develop performance
• Work on the sales floor delivering exceptional client service and contributing to targets

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in the luxury retail industry or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer centric mindset with strong client experience skills
• Business driven and analytical with self management ability
• Proven leadership and team management capability
• Outgoing and open personality
• Ability to build long term client relationships
