Team Manager - Dallas NorthPark

Summary

The Team Manager supports the Store Director in leading sales, operations and security to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional client experience. This hands-on leader coaches and develops team members, drives client development and KPIs, and assumes oversight of the store in the Director's absence. The role balances strategic thinking with day-to-day execution focused on people, clients and brand desirability.

Responsibilities

• Coach, guide and support sales and operations to achieve or exceed commercial and profitability targets.
• Provide leadership presence on the sales floor, manage client relationships and demonstrate active sales leadership.
• Drive client development activities and deepen relationships to cultivate new and existing clients.
• Partner with the Store Director to set clear goals, motivate the team and deliver extraordinary client experiences.
• Manage operational excellence, back-of-house efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures.
• Recruit, train, retain and develop talent, using performance management and recognition to improve engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of sales results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays and to perform various roles on the sales floor and operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems and point of sale (POS) systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree and GIA coursework or graduate gemologist degree.
