Sales Manager - NorthPark

Summary

The Sales Manager leads the sales experience for one or more store departments and drives performance in partnership with other functional leads. This on-site role focuses on building a customer-oriented experience while achieving sales and growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive department sales and growth in alignment with company vision and values.
• Oversee merchandise presentation and communications with merchant and vendor partners, including returns and damages.
• Manage team execution, set departmental priorities, and contribute to store strategic goals.
• Review business results with Buyers and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Partner with Client Development Leads to establish plans and strategies.
• Analyze customer behavior and trends, manage departmental budgets, and support audit compliance and stockroom controls.
• Manage people, product placement, and sales promotions within the department.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience, including luxury retail fashion experience.
• Track record of achieving results and building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work scheduled evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• May require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting or carrying up to 10 pounds.
