Store Manager - Northpark

Summary

The Store Manager, Northpark, is the commercial and cultural leader of the boutique responsible for driving sales, profitability, and delivering personalized luxury client experiences. This role manages day-to-day store operations, leads and develops a high-performing team, and translates business priorities into actionable plans. The Store Manager partners with regional and cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, presentation, and local client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance to achieve sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI targets.
• Develop and execute store-specific business strategies in partnership with Regional Leadership.
• Drive client development, clienteling, CRM capture, and exceptional on-floor client experiences.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain store talent while building succession plans.
• Manage operations including inventory, cash handling, scheduling, payroll, shipping and receiving, and loss prevention.
• Partner with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Operations, and other teams to optimize assortment and presentation.
• Resolve escalated client situations professionally and represent the brand in the local community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of five years of progressive luxury retail leadership, including managing a high-volume store.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret KPIs, financial information, and client insights.
• Expertise in luxury clienteling, CRM, POS, inventory systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, operational judgment, and ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
