Summary

Lead the Fort Worth store team to achieve sales, KPI, and operational goals for a high-fashion eyewear boutique. Oversee daily store operations, hiring, training, and scheduling while maintaining brand and visual standards. Serve as a style advisor and brand ambassador to create exceptional customer experiences and grow the local customer pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Drive the team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
• Lead the sales cycle and coach sales specialists through every step
• Manage labor, create effective schedules, and oversee daily operations
• Hire, train, and develop store team members
• Plan and execute in-store events and local marketing initiatives
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards at all times
• Act as a style advisor to customers and build external customer pipelines
• Inspire and motivate the team to exceed performance expectations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of retail sales and management experience
• Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a strong interest in eyewear
• Proven leadership skills with a strong work ethic and goal orientation
• Deep understanding of store operations and labor management
• History of meeting or exceeding sales and operational targets
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities while remaining flexible
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering a unique customer experience
