Summary
The Associate Gallery Leader will provide leadership across all facets of the gallery, delivering a luxury customer and associate experience, supporting and empowering teams, and driving strategy and execution with a passion for luxury design.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand through polished communication and professional appearance
- Coach, lead and develop cross functional teams to create a positive dynamic environment
- Drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability
- Attract and hire talent at all levels for the gallery
- Educate teams on product assortment and the company point of view
- Recognize and respond to complex priorities and HR concerns in partnership with People Team
- Embrace change and deliver top results with a positive attitude
- Support gallery operations including floor, stock room and office coordination
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high end furniture, design showrooms or luxury retail
- Superior organization and leadership skills
- Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision making skills
- Proven ability to motivate influence and inspire others
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
- Strategic and mental agility with results driven mindset
- Proficiency with Mac OS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces
