Responsibilities
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams to promote a positive and dynamic environment
- Coach associates to drive engagement, empowerment and accountability
- Represent the brand with polished communication and professional appearance
- Educate teams on product assortment and the company design point of view
- Attract and hire talent across gallery roles
- Recognize and address complex priorities and human resources concerns with the People Team
- Continuously drive results through team engagement and strategic execution
- Embrace change and deliver top results under varying conditions
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high end furniture design showrooms or luxury retail
- Superior organization and leadership skills
- Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision making skills
- Proven ability to motivate influence and inspire others
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with Mac operating system Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery floor and stock room
