Summary
Lead a high-energy sales team at an outlet location to drive revenue and margin targets while delivering elevated customer experiences and maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities
- Set clear sales goals and monitor key performance indicators to drive sales performance
- Train and mentor team members on product knowledge selling techniques and company policies
- Implement ticketing price changes and scheduled markdowns per company standards
- Build and maintain client outreach lists to foster relationships and repeat business
- Maintain merchandise presentation store appearance and elevated brand standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales operations and customer service initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety inventory and visual merchandising standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail preferably in home furnishings
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets through leadership and strategic execution
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems iOS devices Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing bending and other physical tasks
