Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader is a leadership role responsible for delivering a luxury customer and associate experience across the gallery. This leader supports and develops cross-functional teams, drives results through engagement and accountability, and represents the brand through polished communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop gallery teams through coaching and performance management
• Create a luxury experience for customers and associates through service and presentation
• Drive sales results and team accountability toward business objectives
• Recruit and attract talent at all levels for the gallery
• Educate teams on product assortment and brand point of view
• Partner with People Team to address human resources concerns
• Adapt to change and manage complex priorities with a positive attitude
• Maintain professional appearance and polished communication

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture design showrooms or luxury retail
• Superior organization and leadership skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to motivate and influence others
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Strategic agility and results-driven mindset
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery floor and stock room
