The Associate Gallery Leader is a leadership role responsible for delivering a luxury customer and associate experience across the gallery. This leader supports and develops cross-functional teams, drives results through engagement and accountability, and represents the brand through polished communication and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop gallery teams through coaching and performance management
- Create a luxury experience for customers and associates through service and presentation
- Drive sales results and team accountability toward business objectives
- Recruit and attract talent at all levels for the gallery
- Educate teams on product assortment and brand point of view
- Partner with People Team to address human resources concerns
- Adapt to change and manage complex priorities with a positive attitude
- Maintain professional appearance and polished communication
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture design showrooms or luxury retail
- Superior organization and leadership skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven ability to motivate and influence others
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
- Strategic agility and results-driven mindset
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery floor and stock room
