Job Description

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader is a leadership role responsible for delivering a luxury customer and associate experience through team development, strategic execution, and operational oversight of the gallery. This leader supports cross functional teams, removes obstacles for associates, drives results, and represents the brand through polished communication and professionalism. The role requires a passion for luxury design and the ability to coach and inspire others while managing complex priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop gallery teams to promote a positive and dynamic environment
  • Deliver first class service and create a luxury experience for associates and customers
  • Coach boldly and provide ongoing feedback to improve performance
  • Drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability
  • Attract and hire talent at all levels to meet business needs
  • Represent the brand with professional appearance and polished communication
  • Manage complex priorities and address human resources concerns with People Team partnership
  • Educate teams on product assortment and the company design point of view
  • Embrace change and deliver results with a positive attitude

Requirements

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in high end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail
  • Superior organization and leadership skills
  • Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision making abilities
  • Proven ability to motivate influence and inspire others
  • Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strategic and mental agility with results driven mindset
  • Willingness to learn from feedback and improve performance
  • Proficiency with Mac operating system Microsoft Office and Google Applications
  • Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver on the gallery floor
