Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader is a leadership role responsible for driving luxury customer experiences and leading cross-functional teams to execute RH design strategy. This role focuses on coaching, developing and empowering associates while delivering results through team engagement and operational excellence. The leader represents the brand through polished communication and by fostering a positive culture aligned with RH values.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop gallery teams through coaching and performance management
• Deliver first-class luxury service and uphold the RH design aesthetic
• Drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability
• Attract and hire talent across all levels for the gallery
• Represent the brand with professional appearance and communication
• Support cross-functional strategy and execution initiatives
• Collaborate with People Team to address human resources concerns
• Manage complex priorities and adapt to change with a positive attitude

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms or luxury retail
• Superior organization and leadership skills
• Exceptional analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to motivate influence and inspire others
• Commitment to quality with strong attention to detail
• Strategic and mental agility with results-driven mindset
• Proficiency with Mac operating system Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and perform prolonged standing and physical tasks
