Partner with the Outlet Leader to drive operational excellence and foster a customer centric culture in an outlet home furnishings environment. Lead and develop the team to deliver elevated experiences while maintaining merchandising and visual standards that reflect the brand.
Responsibilities
- Coach lead and develop the outlet team in partnership with the Outlet Leader
- Review and analyze business performance to identify opportunities
- Partner with cross functional teams to coordinate sales operations and customer service initiatives
- Maintain merchandising standards that align with outlet vision
- Ensure visual presentation supports safety cleanliness and operational excellence
- Model adaptability and guide the team through change with a solutions focused approach
- Represent the brand through professional communication and presentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience in retail preferably in home furnishings
- Proven ability to inspire coach and develop high performing teams
- Analytical and strategic thinker with sound decision making skills
- Proficiency with Mac iOS Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Adaptable resilient and solutions focused when facing change
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
