Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader is a leadership role responsible for delivering a luxury customer and associate experience, driving team performance, and executing gallery strategy. This leader coaches and develops cross-functional teams, supports recruitment, and partners with People operations to resolve HR matters. The role requires a passion for luxury design, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive results in a gallery environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand through professional appearance and polished communication
• Coach, lead and develop teams to create a positive high-performing environment
• Drive sales and results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability
• Educate teams on product assortment and the company point of view
• Attract and hire talent across multiple levels for the gallery
• Recognize and address complex priorities and operational challenges
• Partner with the People Team to respond to human resources concerns
• Maintain gallery standards and ensure exceptional customer service
• Manage physical operations including showroom and stockroom flow

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms or luxury retail
• Superior organization and leadership skills
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire teams
• Commitment to quality with strong attention to detail
• Strategic and mental agility with results-driven mindset
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver in gallery environment
