Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader provides leadership across all facets of the business, delivering first-class service and a luxury experience for associates and customers. This role leads a cross-functional team focused on strategy and execution, while advancing the RH design aesthetic and business results.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand through polished communication, personal appearance, and professionalism.
• Educate teams on the product assortment and RH point of view.
• Coach, lead, and develop teams, fostering a positive and dynamic environment.
• Drive results through team engagement, empowerment, and accountability.
• Attract talent and partner with the People Team to address human resources concerns.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Superior organization and leadership skills, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to motivate, influence, and inspire others, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Passion and ability to master and execute the RH design aesthetic.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 pounds and perform prolonged standing and other physical tasks.
