Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Design Consultants provide luxury service to walk-in clients in the RH Gallery, collaborating with RH Interior Design to meet clients' needs. They build client relationships, share product and service expertise, and guide clients through the experience from initial contact to product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide luxury service through product expertise and elevated client care.
• Qualify and educate potential clients about RH Interior Design services.
• Manage the client experience from initial contact through product delivery.
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and achieve fiscal goals.
• Represent the RH lifestyle brand professionally and support Gallery visual and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience at a design firm or in high-end furniture or luxury retail is preferred.
• Education or relevant experience in art, architecture, or interior design is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, collaboration, and results-oriented skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, move throughout the Gallery, and perform prolonged standing and other physical activities.
• Local or out-of-state travel may be required; a driver's license is preferred.
