Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader is responsible for leadership across all facets of the Jacksonville gallery, delivering a luxury customer experience and leading a cross-functional team focused on strategy and execution. This role coaches and develops associates, removes obstacles to enable first-class service, and represents the RH brand through polished communication and professional appearance. The leader partners with the People Team on HR matters and drives results through team engagement, empowerment, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop cross-functional gallery teams to deliver a luxury guest experience
• Coach, mentor, and hold associates accountable to drive performance and engagement
• Educate teams on product assortment and the RH point of view of design
• Recruit and attract top talent across gallery roles
• Partner with the People Team to address HR concerns and complex priorities
• Ensure operational excellence, embrace change, and deliver results

Requirements

• 7+ years leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to motivate, influence, and inspire teams with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and other gallery floor activities
