Beauty Counter Manager - St John's Town Center

Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager leads sales and the customer experience for an assigned luxury beauty brand at the St John's Town Center counter. This role combines selling, coaching, and vendor partnership responsibilities to drive counter performance and build loyal customers both in-store and digitally.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and provide personalized product recommendations
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools (including text and social media)
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
• Handle sales, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in loyalty programs
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation
• Collaborate and coach team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and industry trends
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through with a drive to meet sales targets
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift and lift up to 25 pounds
