Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader guides the business across all facets, delivering first-class service and a luxury experience for associates and customers. This leader develops teams, drives results, and promotes the RH design aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with polished communication, professionalism, and a passion for luxury design.
• Educate teams on the product assortment and RH point of view.
• Coach, lead, and develop teams while fostering a positive, dynamic environment.
• Drive results through engagement, empowerment, and accountability, and attract talent at all levels.
• Address complex priorities and partner with the People Team to resolve human resources concerns.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Strong organization, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others, adapt to change, and deliver results with attention to detail.
• Passion and ability to master and execute the RH design aesthetic.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 pounds and perform the physical activities required on the gallery floor, in the stock room, and in the office.
