Interior Design Consultant

Summary

The Interior Design Consultant provides luxury service to walk-in clients in the RH Gallery, helping them understand RH Interior Design services and find solutions for their design needs. This role builds lasting client relationships and supports sales and the elevated RH brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide luxury service and product expertise to RH clientele.
• Qualify and educate potential clients about RH Interior Design services.
• Manage the client experience from initial contact through product delivery.
• Build and maintain a strong client base and achieve fiscal goals.
• Represent the RH lifestyle brand and support Gallery visual and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience with a design firm or in high-end furniture or luxury retail is preferred.
• Education or relevant experience in art, architecture, or interior design is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, collaboration, and results-oriented skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 pounds, move around the Gallery, and travel locally or out of state.
