Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader leads across all facets of the business, delivering first-class service and a luxury experience for associates and customers. This role leads a cross-functional team, promotes the RH design point of view, and drives business results through engagement, empowerment, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with polished communication, professional appearance, and conduct.
• Educate teams on luxury design, product assortment, and the RH point of view.
• Coach, lead, and develop teams while fostering a positive, dynamic environment.
• Drive results through team engagement, empowerment, and accountability.
• Attract talent and respond to complex priorities and human resources concerns in partnership with the People Team.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Strong organization, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate, influence, inspire, and lead with a results-driven mindset.
• Passion for luxury design and the ability to master and execute the RH design aesthetic.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 pounds and meet the physical demands of working across a gallery, stockroom, and office.
