Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader provides leadership across all facets of the gallery business. This role leads a cross-functional team to deliver first-class service and a luxury experience while advancing the RH design aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Represent the RH brand with polished communication, personal appearance, and professionalism.
• Educate teams on the product assortment and RH design point of view.
• Coach, lead, and develop teams, fostering an engaging and accountable environment.
• Attract talent and drive results through team empowerment and accountability.
• Address complex priorities and partner with the People Team to respond to human resources concerns.

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Strong organization, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate, influence, and inspire others, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Passion for luxury design and the ability to master and execute the RH design aesthetic.
• Proficiency with Mac Operating System, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs. and meet the physical demands of gallery work.
