Responsibilities- Contribute to the execution of Ralph Lauren’s Global Citizenship Goals on human rights and worker empowerment.
- Conduct country and supplier risk assessments and remediation activities.
- Manage company platforms for human rights due diligence data collection and reporting.
- Lead data analysis for Global Citizenship & Sustainability public reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to collect data for global citizenship projects.
- Develop and maintain documentation of data collection processes and recommend improvements.
- Create templates, reports, and scorecards for management and reporting purposes.
- Design PowerPoint presentations to present data clearly.
- Summarize research papers on human rights topics.
- Track budgets and process invoices.
- Work with global teams across time zones.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years of experience in supply chain compliance, social sustainability, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the apparel industry preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through execution.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to summarize information and deliver insights.
