Operations Associate - Soho

As an Operations Associate at our Soho location, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of merchandise in and out of the store, ensuring that all shipping and receiving policies are followed. You will be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, supporting sales staff and maintaining inventory efficiency.

• Maintain inventory in an organized and secure manner.
• Support sales staff by providing merchandise from stock.
• Anticipate and solve space and storage issues proactively.
• Ensure all merchandise is ticketed and ready for sale.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store operations.
• Participate in inventory preparation and reconciliation.
• Manage inter-store transfers and shipments.
• Complete paperwork related to inventory maintenance accurately.
• Ensure high standards in packaging client merchandise.
• Manage client delivery processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist other departments as needed.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail setting, focusing on stock or inventory.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
• Action-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
