Summary
Associate Hospitality Leader responsible for driving service and operational excellence within RH Hospitality at the Columbus restaurant. Works with the Hospitality Leader to execute vision, develop team members, and ensure a seamless guest experience while supporting financial and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Team Members with structured training and in-the-moment guidance to uphold dining room service standards
- Partner with the Hospitality Leader on recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and team development
- Implement and uphold quality and safety standards across hospitality spaces and ensure regulatory compliance
- Engage with guests and Team Members to create a seamless experience
- Support financial goals by assessing labor and sales performance and implementing revenue-driving practices
- Create strategic team schedules to optimize business and client experience
- Assume full leadership responsibilities in absence of the Hospitality Leader to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- 3+ years hospitality leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage financial performance including labor and food costs and inventory controls
- Expertise with computer systems including Microsoft Excel, inventory management systems, and point of sale systems
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across leadership levels
- Legal authorization to work in the United States at time of application
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
- Ability to frequently move and lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
