Job Description

Summary

Lead strategy and execution to deliver world class customer service for a luxury home furnishings brand. Drive internal service excellence so associates can provide elevated, design driven experiences that increase customer delight and revenue. Champion a culture of ownership, accountability and servant leadership while partnering across functions to improve customer journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Set strategy and lead execution to ensure world class customer service.
  • Drive customer delight and revenue through product knowledge and elevated service.
  • Lead and develop associates to deliver a luxury client experience and meet service metrics.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability and servant leadership.
  • Establish relationships with cross functional partners to drive customer experience solutions.
  • Recognize and resolve complex priorities and performance trends.
  • Develop operational improvements to enhance customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in a customer facing role with 1+ years leadership experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Mac or Dell operating systems and order management software.
  • Commitment to quality and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems creatively.
  • Superior interpersonal and leadership skills with a passion for service.
  • Strategic, highly organized and results oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high energy.
