Job Description

Summary

As an Associate Hospitality Leader at RH in Indianapolis, you will support leadership in developing and executing business strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience and leading associates during shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Live RH's Vision, Values, and Beliefs every day.
  • Assume full responsibility for every aspect of the guest experience and lead all associates during shifts.
  • Provide front-of-house leadership, including training associates and ensuring world-class customer service.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings, convey key business updates, and lead Values messages.
  • Conduct hiring interviews, mentor, train, and coach teams.
  • Develop strategies to grow the business in partnership with the Hospitality Leadership team.
  • Develop food and beverage knowledge and lead associates to achieve the same.
  • Be accountable for financial audits and paperwork.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in the Hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to lead a team and own accountability for specific revenue goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with notable attention to detail.
  • Team player with an enthusiastic outlook and creative mind.
  • Strong decision-making abilities.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work standing and walking for extended periods of time.
