Summary
The Associate Hospitality Leader supports the Hospitality Leader in delivering exceptional dining experiences within the Design Gallery, leading team members and driving operational and financial performance. This role focuses on training, service standards, and hands-on leadership to ensure seamless guest service and day to day operations. The Associate steps into full leadership responsibilities in the Hospitality Leader's absence and contributes to strategic scheduling and revenue optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team members with structured training and in the moment guidance to uphold dining room service standards
- Partner with the Hospitality Leader on recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and building a high performing team
- Drive operational excellence by implementing quality and safety standards across hospitality spaces
- Engage with guests and team members to create a seamless experience
- Support financial goals by assessing labor and sales performance and implementing revenue increasing practices
- Create strategic team schedules to optimize business and client experience
- Assume full leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Hospitality Leader
Requirements
- 3+ years hospitality leadership experience in a high volume full service restaurant or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to manage financial performance including labor and food costs and inventory controls
- Experience with computer systems such as Microsoft Excel inventory management and point of sale systems
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across leadership levels
- Legal authorization to work in the country at time of application
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and variable shifts
- Ability to frequently move and lift items up to 50 lbs and stand and walk for extended periods
