Summary
Responsible for driving service and operational excellence within RH Hospitality as part of the Property Leadership Team. Works with the Hospitality Leader to execute the RH vision, develop team members, and ensure an exceptional guest dining experience. Acts with a hands-on approach in a fast paced environment and assumes full leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Hospitality Leader.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team members through structured training and in the moment guidance to uphold dining room service standards
- Partner with the Hospitality Leader on recruitment hiring onboarding and building a high performing team
- Drive operational excellence by implementing and upholding quality and safety standards across hospitality spaces
- Engage with guests and team members to create a seamless experience
- Support financial goals by assessing labor and sales performance and implementing revenue enhancing practices
- Create strategic team schedules to optimize business and client experience
- Assume full leadership responsibilities when the Hospitality Leader is absent ensuring seamless operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years hospitality leadership experience in a high volume full service restaurant or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage financial performance including labor and food costs and inventory controls
- Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Excel inventory management and point of sale systems
- Ability to work autonomously make strategic decisions and collaborate across leadership levels
- Legal authorization to work in the country at time of application
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and variable shifts
- Ability to frequently move and lift items up to 50 lbs and stand and walk for extended periods
