Summary
The Associate Manager Field Marketing supports localization of brand programming and business development for Hennessy within Southern California. This role liaises between Brand Teams and Commercial Sales to execute local activations, manage budgets, and identify market opportunities while working remotely in market and on a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Localize and adapt brand programming to meet market account and distributor needs
- Support management of brand activations and collect data for ROI analysis
- Collaborate with Brand Teams and Market Sales to generate local programming ideas
- Track A&P budget expenditures and identify gaps and opportunities
- Serve as liaison between Brand Teams and Sales Teams to ensure alignment
- Identify new account opportunities and support prospecting efforts
- Coordinate distributor and commercial sales activities for brand visits
- Manage local POSM in partnership with account leads and prepare for distributor meetings
- Ensure luxury execution and act as guardian of the brand in market
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience
- Minimum 3 years trade marketing or creative marketing experience in wines and spirits CPG or retail
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use competitive intelligence
- Refined organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects
- Ability to build partnerships with customers distributors and internal stakeholders
- Experience planning and prioritizing work to meet organizational goals
- Knowledge of portfolio brand guidelines and customer expectations
