The Associate Manager, People Communications & Culture supports the Director, People, Culture & Communications in executing integrated internal communications, employee engagement, culture-building initiatives – inclusive of DEI programming, internal events, change management communications, Corporate Social Responsibility programs, and related reporting for MHUSA. The role coordinates day-to-day execution, content development, logistics, stakeholder inputs, tracking, and follow-up to help deliver clear, timely, and engaging employee communications and experiences that strengthen connection, belonging, accountability, pride, accessibility, and social responsibility. The position also supports culture and inclusion priorities that contribute to employee engagement, cultural relevance, responsible sourcing, and business impact.
Office/Location: Hybrid 3x a week based out of NYC Office
Compensation: $92,000-$115,000/ annually + bonus
Accessibility
Lead accessibility awareness initiatives that embed accessibility and thoughtful design principles across employee touchpoints, including communications, events, and digital platforms as applicable.
Surveys, Reporting & Operations
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Professional Experience & Skills:
3+ years of experience in employee experience, internal communications, events, culture and engagement, Human Resources, CSR, or a related field.
