Associate Manager

Summary

The Associate Manager supports the General Manager in driving store strategy, profitability, and operational excellence. This role helps lead the team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business trends and support strategic planning and execution.
• Lead client development and community outreach initiatives.
• Recruit, coach, and develop employees in partnership with the General Manager.
• Manage store processes, inventory control, productivity, and shrink goals.
• Promote new selling technologies and maintain sales floor and store standards.
• Communicate business opportunities, performance trends, and feedback to leadership.

Requirements

• Retail management or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift or climb as required.
