Associate Manager

Summary

The Associate Manager supports the General Manager in developing and executing store plans that drive profitable business. This role leads store operations, talent development, customer experience, and brand standards, and acts as a key decision maker when the General Manager is absent.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business trends and support strategic planning, sales performance, and profitability initiatives.
• Support client development, community outreach, networking, and recruitment activities.
• Coach and develop employees while helping execute the store talent strategy.
• Manage store processes, inventory control, shrink goals, and sales floor standards.
• Promote new selling technologies and uphold company policies and brand expectations.

Requirements

• Retail management or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and deliver effective coaching and feedback.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store for extended periods and lift or climb as required.
