Store Manager

Summary

As Store Manager you will lead the store team to achieve sales and service targets while maintaining operational standards and delivering an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for driving team development, managing store performance and ensuring visual and operational excellence. The role requires strong leadership, strategic problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals and improve individual performance
• Collaborate with training teams to develop and maintain a high-performing team standard
• Establish and monitor weekly and monthly objectives for the store
• Ensure employees present professionally and deliver the highest level of customer service and clienteling
• Recruit and network in the market to source and hire qualified talent
• Own store P&L and manage budgets including salary, expenses and inventory
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed according to visual guidelines
• Maintain store standards and operations in line with company policies and collaborate with support departments

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service management role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
