Associate Manager

Summary

The Associate Manager supports the General Manager in developing and executing plans for a profitable store. This role helps lead store operations, talent development, customer experience, and sales initiatives while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business trends and support strategic planning and sales performance initiatives.
• Support customer experience, client development, and community outreach strategies.
• Help recruit, coach, and develop team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Manage store processes, inventory control, productivity, and sales floor standards.
• Champion new selling technologies, uphold company policies, and communicate business trends to leadership.

Requirements

• Retail management or related experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
• Ability to stand, move, and walk for extended periods and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
