Associate Manager

Summary

The Associate Manager supports the General Manager in executing strategic plans and achieving a profitable store business. This role helps lead the team, strengthen customer experiences, and uphold Ralph Lauren brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business trends and support store planning and initiatives.
• Develop client relationships, lead community outreach, and support sales strategies.
• Recruit, coach, and develop employees while building an inclusive team.
• Oversee store processes, inventory control, sales floor standards, and use of selling technology.
• Share business opportunities and category trends with store and district leadership.

Requirements

• Retail management or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift or climb as required.
