Responsibilities- Maintain timely and accurate Customer Transfer Sale (CTS) and online sales order management.
- Produce order pick lists multiple times per day as required.
- Ensure hold orders are executed within 24 hours of receipt.
- Input shipping confirmations into the database in a timely manner.
- Organize picking routes based on volume and customer express orders.
- Process and update all orders on proper systems.
- Package and prepare orders for shipping.
- Inspect all client orders prior to packing and shipping.
- Update and maintain all systems accordingly.
- Process customer returns shipped back to stores.
- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve high compliance of fill rates.
- Ensure CTS/Online Sales policy and procedure adherence.
- Track and record system report management.
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.
Requirements- High school diploma.
- Very detail-oriented.
- Proficient with computers and systems (POS, IP, CTS, SAP, etc.).
- Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
- Meet specific standards for fill rates and order processing timelines.
- High degree of accuracy required.
- Exceed customer expectations.
- Contribute to financial objectives.
- Achieve individual objectives linked to department goals.
