Associate Order Fulfillment

As an Associate in Order Fulfillment, you will define the luxury lifestyle shopping experience by building lasting relationships with our people, customers, and partners. You will ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, directly impacting sales and the customer experience.

• Maintain timely and accurate Customer Transfer Sale (CTS) and online sales order management.
• Produce order pick lists multiple times per day as required.
• Ensure hold orders are executed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Input shipping confirmations into the database in a timely manner.
• Organize picking routes based on volume and customer express orders.
• Process and update all orders on proper systems.
• Package and prepare orders for shipping.
• Inspect all client orders prior to packing and shipping.
• Update and maintain all systems accordingly.
• Process customer returns shipped back to stores.
• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve high compliance of fill rates.
• Ensure CTS/Online Sales policy and procedure adherence.
• Track and record system report management.
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.

• High school diploma.
• Very detail-oriented.
• Proficient with computers and systems (POS, IP, CTS, SAP, etc.).
• Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
• Meet specific standards for fill rates and order processing timelines.
• High degree of accuracy required.
• Exceed customer expectations.
