Responsibilities- Assist the boutique manager with stock management tasks, including inventory preparation, rotating inventories, and CRM tracking.
- Optimize delivery frequency based on available space and assist with stock flow and levels in constant communication with the supply chain.
- Manage non-sellable product flows and propose store needs based on event plans or key commercial periods.
- Create and exchange reports with the supply chain to determine stock thresholds and identify high and low turnover products.
- Support the boutique manager in facilitating commercial controls and maintaining healthy shrinkage and accuracy rates.
- Responsible for Visual Merchandising, including ordering POSM and testers, managing reception and unpacking, and installing displays.
- Communicate missing or damaged pieces to managers and the supply chain and ensure follow-up.
- Maintain an aesthetically impeccable and hygienic boutique environment.
- Organize and optimize the backroom for team efficiency and manage deliveries and stock distribution.
- Manage POS maintenance reports and follow up with NY headquarters and store design teams.
- Oversee digital tool maintenance and manage cleaning teams to ensure agreed standards are met.
- Order hygiene and administrative tools and assist with event vendor permissions and shift planning.
- Lead delivery coordination considering workforce, storage, and business needs.
Requirements- Minimum three years of experience in stock management.
- Mandatory retail or administrative experience, ideally in luxury.
- Proficiency with digital tools and operational POS systems.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, HR systems, PowerPoint, client tracking systems, and POS.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
