Responsibilities- Execute cycle counts according to the store plan, including scanning and analysis.
- Investigate surpluses and losses after counts are conducted.
- Partner with sales advisors and managers to share results and develop specific action plans related to cycle count outcomes.
- Proactively identify trends from cycle count results to develop action plans with the supervisor to improve inventory accuracy.
- Maintain documentation after cycle counts or adjustments according to the process.
- Manage cycle count equipment.
- Support various inventory investigations and analyses.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with privacy protection, regulations, and cybersecurity measures.
Requirements- High school diploma.
- 3+ years of retail experience with specific knowledge of inventory awareness.
- Attention to detail and comfort with repetitive tasks.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to address inventory concerns.
- Proficiency in inventory mathematics, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with SAP ECC, FIORI, and VTC app is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English.
