Responsibilities- Accurately control and process client transactions through the POS system.
- Collect and maintain client contact information and files.
- Support service desk activities and ensure the desk is organized and well-stocked.
- Provide basic client resolution services and escalate issues when necessary.
- Manage daily cash handling functions, including opening/closing registers and preparing bank deposits.
- Support E-Commerce and IST order picking and BOPIS operations.
- Assist with logistics functions such as markdowns and re-tagging.
- Maintain store and merchandise standards, including restocking and assisting with visual displays.
- Support seasonal inventory preparations and counts.
- Provide cross-functional team support and adhere to company standards.
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Strong service orientation and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Interest in technology and its application in retail customer service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
