Associate, Product Assessment

Summary

The Associate, Product Assessment supports daily after-sales operations for incoming stock and client repairs. The role partners with client relations, quality operations, workshops, and global teams to assess products, coordinate repairs, and support a high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess incoming stock and client repairs, identify appropriate repair services, and prioritize sensitive cases.
• Coordinate repair feasibility, inquiries, claims, and quality issue escalation with internal teams, workshops, and external vendors.
• Order, receive, organize, and audit spare parts and repair inventory; support replenishment and cycle counts.
• Manage repair shipments and system updates, communicate delays, and coordinate with global teams and customs partners.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience in operations, retail, or client experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Comfort working with systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; must work in person at the Piscataway office five days per week.
