Associate, Product Operations

Summary

The Associate, Product Operations supports day-to-day operations for the Fashion After-Sales team in Piscataway. This role coordinates product inspections, repair feasibility, repair organization, quality control, and outbound shipments to support timely repairs and a strong client experience.

Responsibilities

• Improve repair organization and workflows, including processes for stock and client repairs.
• Track items entering and leaving the repair workshop and help maintain repair lead times.
• Review finished repairs for quality and work with Artisan managers to address issues.
• Complete administrative steps for outbound repairs, including system updates and photographing repairs.
• Organize repair shipments and coordinate with outbound logistics, including priority repairs.
• Occasionally support cycle counts and physical inventory processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience in operations, retail, or client experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working with systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and thrive in a team environment.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Ability to work in person five days per week at the Piscataway, New Jersey office.
