Summary

The Associate Selling role delivers a personalized shopping experience at an off-price luxury fashion retailer. The associate builds customer relationships, shares product knowledge, and contributes to sales and loyalty goals.

Responsibilities

• Recommend merchandise based on customer needs and provide knowledgeable product guidance.
• Greet customers, explain promotions, build relationships, and encourage repeat business and loyalty program participation.
• Process sales accurately, resolve customer concerns, and work toward individual and store goals.
• Maintain the selling floor and fitting rooms, complete markdowns, and uphold merchandise presentation standards.
• Follow asset protection procedures and support store programs and projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales, with a proven sales track record.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, a results-driven mindset, and interest in fashion.
• Ability to use POS registers and related store equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
