Responsibilities

• Recommend merchandise and help customers locate products based on their needs.
• Build customer relationships, promote loyalty programs, and meet sales goals.
• Process transactions, resolve customer issues, and maintain the selling floor and fitting rooms.
• Support merchandising standards, markdowns, and asset protection procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, and sales skills.
• Fashion knowledge and ability to operate POS registers and other store equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
