Summary

The Associate Selling role provides personalized customer service and supports sales in a luxury off-price retail environment. The associate helps customers find merchandise, builds lasting client relationships, and contributes to store sales and loyalty goals.

Responsibilities

• Recommend merchandise based on customer needs and provide product knowledge.
• Greet customers, explain promotions, build relationships, and encourage repeat business.
• Process sales transactions accurately and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain the selling floor and fitting rooms, complete markdowns, and uphold merchandise presentation standards.
• Support sales goals, store events, and asset protection procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
• Demonstrated sales ability and strong customer relationship skills.
• Fashion knowledge and an engaging, service-oriented approach.
• Ability to use POS and store equipment and work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
