Associate Store Director - Costa Mesa

As an Associate Store Director at Gucci Costa Mesa, you will lead and support activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrate exceptional service culture, and manage human resources while driving associate development. You will ensure operational integrity, compliance, and visual merchandising excellence, representing the brand as a Gucci Ambassador.

• Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives.
• Engage with top clients on the sales floor to provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage stock levels and align with new product launches.
• Train associates on brand pillars and seasonal strategy.
• Lead client relationship building and propose local events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention standards.
• Support visual merchandising standards and maintain organization of company assets.
• Conduct monthly coaching sessions and assist with performance check-ins.
• Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team.

• 4-6 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
• Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for the Fashion Industry.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
