Assistant General Manager

As an Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our retail store in Costa Mesa. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the store meets its sales goals and provides exceptional customer service.

• Assist in managing store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support the General Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the General Manager to plan and execute store events and promotions.

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
